Lindsey Stirling |
When it comes to christian music, I sort of have a specific list, so here it is, but not in order: Anthem Lights, Brandon Heath, Colton Dixon, Hawk Nelson, Matthew West, Plumb, Red, Royal Tailor, Skillet, Tenth Avenue North, Thousand Foot Krutch (only 2 of their songs), and TobyMac (his newer ones). Now that list could probably go on forever, but those are my favorite bands/singers. I listen to all of the music from both lists on my MP3 player besides Minecraft Music/Parodies and Lindsey Stirling. Sadly, those are only on Prime on Amazon but that is what I listen to while writing.
I might not sing or play an instrument, but I do know a lot about singers and bands. In the past I could name nearly every song plus the singer/band and the album on Air1 (a christian radio station) but since I own most of my favorite christian songs, I don't listen to it much anymore. I can also name a lot of pop music singers, but let me just say something, I do not even like pop music. I just like knowing what is on the top lists. No matter what, whether in the car, in my room, the kitchen, or sketching in Juliet's giant closet she uses for toys, I am always listening to music in some sort of way. And, if for some reason I cannot listen to music, I can hum out a song like Radioactive or find my lyrics book I made (if I still have it) and tap out or hum my favorite songs. And on very rare occasions I will write my own songs, but they are never good in my opinion so they end up in the trash never to be seen again... or could I be wrong? Tomorrow I will bring a new topic to you of my favorite hobbies - Minecraft, so be ready!
I didn't like Lindsey Stirling at first but she is starting to grow on me. One thing I can't deny is that she is very talented!
